I start DQ11 S - external Pad doesnt get recognized and i cant enter the ingame setting to change things. I start A Boy and his Blob - external Pad doesnt get recognized and i cant enter the ingame setting to change things. I start MH Rise - everything fine and the game support the Xbox Pad as Player 1. Plenty of games ? Not every game will give you the option to on the fly change the manually having to change the external controller being Player 1 compared to the SteamDeck itself is just not worth the headache. I can give this a try later at home but at the same i already started the RMA process - i dont think ill get that card to work again, if no single format process across multiple OSes is doing anything. Thanks to everyone who can share suggestions. For example, in Ghostwire Tokyo - the fps game limiter should be leaved uncapped and put the Steam deck one to 30fps? how about the window resolution (in the above mentioned game I cannot change resolution for example) ? should I limit the Watts and how can I understand how many watts the game will need? what about GPU limiter? it's better to activate FSR to which level? I've some question: I need to understand how to limit the Watt to make battery run longer. Was able to install ProtonGE 7.2 to run Ghostwire Tokyo and so far so good. From that point I was able to install doom ultimate, and then with WinSCP tranfer my steam games from my pc directly to the Steam Deck (I can explain how to do it, if someone is interested) - doing so I can save battery and use the ethernet board speed of my gaming pc to download games faster (even if SD is not slower at all for what I've seen) - at least I'm not using other 3rd party when you can simply use linux ssh protocol. I've just received my Steam Deck and the start was not great (first update render the deck unusable and I had to run a recovery).
